My home -your home-, is located in a quiet community in
the Garden State in front of the Big Apple.
You'll find a supermarket, laundromat, banks and convenience stores within walking distance.
Our town has its own library, movie theater, comercial streets and medical center .
If you like the outdoors, the park is only a block away; you will find, bike park and skating ramps.
It is a safe walk from the train station or bus stop. There is public transportation to Porth Authority Bus Terminal NYC, WTC/Wall Street area, Hoboken, Exchange Place, Newport and Journal Square..
The bus to and from NYC runs 24 hours a day and the Lite Rail until 1:30 AM, resuming its service at 5 AM. Lite Rail connects you with the PATH train, which also runs overnight but with less frequency.
Newark Liberty International Airport is just 10 minutes away, as well as the Holland Tunnel to Manhattan.
Our block is very quiet. There are many families with children.
You will see them playing outside, during the summer, until late at night.
Our house has 3 floors. The first and second floors have been designated to be "Your home at Clara's house".
We like to keep a family environment respecting the independence and privacy of our guests. You'll have your own set of keys and there are no restrictions on hours.
You will find in your floor, a full bathroom, full kitchen, a sitting area with tv, cable connection, vcr and dvd player. Living room, dining room and eat in kitchen area located on the second floor. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven.
The telephone has local service only, but out of the state or international calls can be made with a calling card. High speed wireless connection available.
You can access the common areas 24 hours. Please keep them clean and observe the quiet hours from 11 PM to 6 AM.
